I have been using the Jira Service Desk trial version, but I cannot create more than eight agents. I was wondering whether there was a limit to the number of agents during the trial version or whether I am doing something wrong.
I do not think that there is a limit on JIRA Service Desk when using Cloud (actually there is 2000 agents but never heard of 8 agents). You can definitively use Cloud for 7 days trial.
Maybe users need to be added to a group that define agents?
