Is there a free add-on to connect Jira data center to Google Sheets?

From what I understand, the Jira Cloud for Sheets add-on only works with Jira cloud instance. Is there any other free add-on available to integrate Jira data center instance to sheets? I am looking for a way to automatically pull in data from JQL into sheets to make updates and then write it back to Jira.
