Is there a cancellation period after purchasing the Qmetry Plugin for JIRA

Once the Qmetry plug-in is purchased, is there a cancellation period that is given in case there are problems with the tool? i.e. installation, environmental issues etc.?

We offer the same 30-day refund period for your add-ons as we do for other Atlassian products
