Is there a Jira community edition for free without users limilation?

I delpoyed a Jira docker edition, atlassian/jira-software, on my local environment. It needs a valid license for 90 days. And while expired, I have to pay for it if I want to continue to use it. So, is there a Jira community edition for free without users limilation? Thanks!

There is no such thing like free Jira community edition you may know from other software.

But, if you are an qualifying nonprofit that is non-governmental, non-commercial, and non-political, you can apply for a community DC license here: https://www.atlassian.com/de/software/views/community-license-request#/
