Is there a JQL search that will give me tasks that were in progress today that have not had time logged against them?

I would like to see tickets that are in progress but have not had any time logged against them in the last 24 hours, or since this morning maybe.

You will have to use a plugin like JQL Tricks for this. See the workLoggedAfter function at http://www.j-tricks.com/jqlt-worklog-functions.html

Good god! Does Jira have no built in functionality! it is a mishmash of add ons of who knows what providence.
