Is there a IssueType - Feature in Jira which can be child to an epic ? Say if I want to have an hirearchy of EPIC->Feature->User Story->Sub Task?

Welcome to the community. 

Each issue type (except another epic) can be a child of an epic, but you can put only a Sub-Task below that, no other "normal" issue type.

If you want more hierarchy levels, there are apps that will allow you to do such things.

With Structure for example, you can build hierarchies of all sizes.

Also Advanced Roadmaps from Atlassian allows you to define more hierarchy levels.

And I think, but I'm not sure that BigPicture has this feature, too.

And probably some more apps, just check out the marketplace.

Just jumping in here with another Marketplace app that you might like: JXL for Jira. It's a full-fledged table/spreadsheet view for your issues that - among many other things - allows you to freely specify your issue hierarchies (based on Jira's built-in parent/child relationships, and/or based on issue links).

Here's how it looks in action for a 5-level hierarchy:
