Is ther a Public rest API that provides AZURE pull request info from jira ticket_id

earlier We use `/rest/dev-status/1.0/issue/detail?issueId=someid&applicationType=stash&dataType=pullrequest`

which return PRs info from stash.

Is there an API that returns PRs AZURE PRs? I tried applicationType=Azure but that didn't work
