Is the Confluence HTML Include macro no longer supported?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: HTML Include Macro

I was reading about this to use JIRA collectors in Confluence but can not find a method to activate it. Has it been deprecated?

This macro (which is the default for Confluence) is not available for Confluence Cloud due to security issues. There are however others on the Marketplace that meet the security requirements.
