Is setting Global Permissions possible in a free plan?

Hi, I am trying to link Jira (free account) with monday but I need to have global permissions in Jira.

There are a few admin settings in Jira (confusing) but is it possible to have Global Permissions in free Jira or do I need to upgrade to a paid plan?

Hello @Alastair Dean ,

Project permissions, roles, and issue-level security aren't configurable when you're on the Free plan.

Everyone who can access that product is a project admin. It isn't possible to change the permission scheme.
