I am trying to Import hundreds of tasks where I want to set a linked relationship to the feature, where the task is a child of the feature. The only option I have seen is to use 'Parent ID' but this is for a task - sub-task relationship and not what I am looking for. I see that on import, I have the option to use "Link "4) Children" but this sets the imported tasks to be the parent of the features. There appears to be 7 link types I can choose from on the import screen, but none are to set the imported tasks to be children of the existing features in Jira.
To that point, is it possible to add something like "Link "8) Parent" so that using this option will make tasks being imported, a child of the existing feature?

Have you set up the extended Issue Type Hierarchy to define the parent/child relationships between the issue types? Are you trying to import issues such that they will align with those relationships?
If so, can you show us the hierarchy and point out at which level the issues you are importing exist and at which level the "feature" to which you want to link them exist?
