Hi,
I have created a customer request form where an option is available to select using a radio button. If this option is selected, a notification e-mail will need to go to a specific team notifying them details of the request for them to action.
i.e in this request form, if 'New user' is selected, an e-mail will go to a specific team to create an account/grant access within an application.
Any help??

this can be done via automation for Jira using the trigger of field edited and action of send email
as you are in cloud I would recommend checking out the playground:

I do have a question though. When creating the automation, how would I identify the radio button in JQL?
