Is it possible to translate option values of a selection custom field?

It is simple to translate a custom field - name, description, that is.

Is there a way to translate option values, too?

Unfortunately, no built-in solution.

There is an open ticket JRASERVER-40049. But you can check market add-ons alternatives.
