I have a counsellor dashboard which I would like to show after a counsellor login rather showing the kanban or issues. Please let me know how to do this.

Jira Cloud does not allow you to specify your home page yet. There is a feature request for this you can watch and vote for: JRACLOUD-69635.
To access a dashboard fairly quickly in the meantime, you can mark it as a favourite, so it becomes easily accessible from the dashboards menu. To do so, click on Dashboards > view all dashboards and select the star icon in front of the counsellor dashboard.
