Is it possible to have one sequential numbering system accross multiple projects.
For example, say we have three PROJECTS (ABC, QRS, XYZ). If one issue was created in each project, we would want these issue numbers to be ABC-1, QRS-2, XYZ-3.
this is not possible. each project has it own unique numbering.
