Is it possible to restrict Jira Cloud for Slack to only handle previews of jira issues?

For some slack channels, I want the Jira Cloud for Slack to only handle previews of jira issues when issues keys or URLs are mentioned and NOT show me all the notifications (I have other channels dedicated for that).

The jira bot cannot be configured for this use case. Once connected, it is mandatory to subscribe a channel, which then gets all notifications while I'd like to only have support for compact previews.
