Is it possible to remove the agents name in FROM: email field?

Hello,
we use Jira SD and Jira Email This Issue and we need to remove the agents name, when we sent automated emails or manual emails to external customers. We already configured the System > E-Mail > Outgoing > FROM: field settings to our server address but it still looks like this after:
FROM: "agent username (Jira)" <Our configured server name>

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community! Currently, it's not possible to remove the users' full name on notifications.
