Is it possible to re-run a cloud-to-cloud migration?

This article suggests that there is a way to re-run a migration, or to create a new migration that uses the same projects and entities as a previous migration. However, I find no way to re-run a migration from the UI, and when I try to create a new migration similar to one I ran a few days ago, I get this error.

Welcome  to Atlassian Community!

As I can see in your screenshot, There is few errors Which is related to same project exist in the destination cloud site. 

Example:- Migrate data from Cloud A to Cloud B

In your case, you  have selected a project for migration which is already exist in the Cloud B so First of all you need to change the project key or name from the Cloud A or Cloud B as your choice then you can get the option to Migrate.
