Is it possible to re-order system fields in Service Desk classic project?

We have a Jira Service Desk classic project, hosted in the cloud. I would like to re-order the fields shown below in the issue view layout, but some of these fields seem hard-coded. Specifically, I'd like the CRM section to appear closer to the top of the issue. Is this configurable? If so, how?
