Hi Everyone,

I am trying to configure a productivity report for the operations side of the business. They require a report that will sum the number of tickets a user and/or team has logged time against, without having to export it to excel and do a pivot table.

Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

Cheers,

Mary

Hi Mary!

You can get this with Pivot Report add-on that works for any JQL/filter. It has Worklogs tab with issue count per user:

And yes, you can specify the period =)

Hi Mary,

this is not possible in Tempo or JIRA

You can create a JIRA filter by worklogAuthor. This will give you a list of issues that this user has logged work on, but not differentiate when the worklog was created.
