Is it possible to make request field visibility conditional?

We want to simplify a request form as much as possible.

For instance, the form would have a question like "Add another address?" which, when clicked, would show fields for another address. Is that possible?

Or, is it possible to have a multi-step request form, kind of like a request workflow where they need to complete a multi-step logic-conditional process before the request can become an issue?

Looking to achieve the same we have JIRA server.  We want to limit the number of fields on a screen but would like specific fields to show based on specific custom fields that are answered.  How to achieve this using JIRA server?  Is there a user friendly add-on versus using any scripting?

Hi Michael,

I'm afraid that's not possible using JIRA Cloud. You might be able to achieve something like that customizing JIRA Server, but for Cloud, I don't believe we have anything like that available.

Any chance the above feature is available now, on the Cloud version? I've seen it being demonstrated, but I'm not sure whether it was a Cloud or local instance
