Is it possible to make "clickable links" to transition an issue in a Jira Service Desk comment?

Here is my situation: 

I want to be able to comment an issue and give the option for the customer to click on a link or a button which would trigger some events. 

Per example, I want to comment: 

"Does this solve your problem? Yes No"

And then if the customer could click on "Yes", and the issue would transition to "status=solved" automatically.

I know that there already are some links on the side of the screen like "Don't notify me" or "Resolve this issue". But I would like to interact with my customer through comments only.

This is not possible OOTB. You might explore addons e.g. JETI or similar.
