Is it possible to make comment mandatory from portal on DC?

Hey there, is there any way to make comment mandatory from portal?

I have tried validators and properties, nothing works.

Have you tried to set a validator "On Create" transition to set comment?

Also, i hope you are aware that DC will be shutdown on 2028.

I needed to set required comment on done transition, but after investigation I think it is not possible even via some plugins.
