I'm new to Jira so forgive me if this is obvious.
I'm thinking of adopting Jira as a QMS for regulatory certification.
After setup, the Jira configuration would need to be validated and frozen. Then, when a new Jira version is released, the configuration would need to be re-validated.
To avoid having to do this often, is it possible to lock the Jira cloud version and apply updates as needed?
Welcome to the community.
As far as I know it is not possible to disable updates, since you use Cloud version.
