Is it possible to integrate our company's JIRA instance with AD for Authentication

Currently, we are working on ON-DEMAND JIRA instance for 500 users. Currently, Servion's JIRA instance is not supporting AD integration. We are planning for Ad integretion for all the users. What is the procedure. Kindly get back to us at +91-6108-4218 or sathish.g@servion.com.

There is not a procedure for this. You cannot connect Cloud Atlassian systems to AD.

See and vote for https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-79 for the feature request.

If you need AD integration, you will either have to move to a provider that does allow it (have a look at the list of Atlassian partners to select one that suits you), or host the system yourself.
