My agency currently has Jira Software Server Edition (on-prem). We'd like to get Confluence but of course Confluence Server is no longer available so we'd have to get either Confluence Data Center (minimum 500 users and an annual subscription) or Confluence Cloud. Our support staff are saying that you can't integrate Jira Server Edition with Confluence Cloud. I've looked at the docs on the Atlassian cloud and I can't find anything that says you can't. It looks like you can, but they're caveats (like having the same number of users if you use OAUTH). Can anyone confirm if you can or can't integrate Jira Server with Confluence Cloud?
Our support staff are also saying you can't integrate Jira Server Edition with Confluence Data Center Edition which I find very hard to believe.
