Is it possible to install plugins in the Jira Trial Version?

I want to test Jira and the plugin synapseRT Test Case Mgmnt & Req with traceability inside JIRA for JIRA. We not sure is that waht we need. But I couldn t find any possibility to install the plugin in the trial version of jira.

If it's an OnDemand trial, then you can't install plugins.

If it's a standalone trial, then yes, you can.

Thanks for quick response. is it possible to switsch from a onDemand trial to a standalone trial.
