Is it possible to install Plugin2 addon in JIRA Cloud?

I would like to be able to, in Jira Cloud have my numbered list formatted to be

1. This is the first item.

1.1 This is a sub item

1.2 This is a second sub item

2. This is the second sub item

Instead of the OOTB formatting which indents and starts the numbers over.

No. You cannot install Type 2 plugins on Cloud.

Cloud only supports Connect apps.
