Is it possible to include a form in an agent's Create Issue screen?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I'm aware that I can create custom links to create issues based on forms using jira/forms/create or links for each form. Is there not a way to just display the linked form directly on an agent's Create Issue screen in place of the "can't be seen in this view" message? Thanks!
