Is it possible to import data from other CRMs into Jira-CRM?

If the other CRM produces a csv file export file, can this be imported into Jira-CRM? Thanks.

Hi Mete,

There are several CRM add-ons available for JIRA. For which of the add-ons are you asking the question?

If you are asking this question for the JIRA Cloud add-on Atlas CRM, then the answer is yes. You can import data from other CRM systems in the csv file format. You can find more information about the import process in our documentation.
