Is it possible to identify what Git repos needs releasing at the end of the sprint?

As a tech team, we have 10 or so Github repositories and when we release at the end of each sprint, we have had some instances where we have pushed our changes to Production but have realised later than a specific repo or module hasn't been pushed live. I could check each individual ticket which has been moved to 'done' in the current sprint but this is time consuming and I've tried using the 'deployment' tab in Jira and checking what has been deployed since X date but according to that page, we have only pushed a single change and when I've checked in Github, there has actually been 4 changes pushed in that time.

Any help will be appreciated
