Hi
We are tracking the time we spend coding on issues for each ticket.

We don't want users that are members of our 'customer group' to see the time logged status on the ticket.

However we still want to see the time tracking plugin our selves on the ticket.

Is it possible to somehow to set the view permission so that only certain user groups can see it?

Thanks.

You can only hide the worklogs that are entered, using worklog visibility. The timeSpent, remainingTime etc will still be visible on the ticket. There is no way to hide those in onDemand.
