Is it possible to have different edit screens depeinding of issue status?

I need to deny editing particular custom field depending of the status of an issue. For most fields using "editable=false" is sufficiant by using transitions to the same status with transition screens that allow changing only some fields.

But what about subtasks?

You can do the same thing for subtasks. Just create a different workflow, self-reflecting transitions and custom transition screens!
