Is it possible to find bug issuetypes linked to story issue types linked to epics?

Hey,

Is it possible to structure a search that will find bugs across multiple projects, which are linked to issues within those projects, where those issues are linked to epics in another project?

The specific use case is that we are running a large programme of work using many squads across many business units. Each squad has its own Jira project and development methodology.

A project holds a set of epics and the squads, using their own projects and development methodologies link their work to these epics to give an overall view at programme level.

I want to see how many bugs I have in my programme.
