Is it possible to fetch all the project of any GRIP instance based on the Custom field used by it?

Can you suggest me about something or any plugin that will help me to fetch all the projects where the custom fields used in my JIRA instance are used in.
I wish for a sheet where my Custom fields should come with the projects in which they have been used (in terms of everything, whether it be Screens, Workflow transition Screens etc.).
Kindly help me out.
