Hello, 

We want to export the files from Jira to Share point online and save it there. How can we achieve it. Currently we are trying to set up an integration between the two and facing lot of authentication and access token related issues. Any Successful API call you have which i can refer ?  It is Jira on-prem 8.13.

Possible, yes, as long as you can see an issue, you can download its attachments.

But there's nothing that repurposes sharepoint as the attachment storage for Jira that I can find.  You'll need to write something that will duplicate your attachments over into Sharepoint.
