Is it possible to expand the criteria when "Restrict to when a field is a specific value"

I'm trying to setup a workflow rule which will stop a transition if a few label fields aren't completed.  When setting up the rule - it only has the options to check if it: contains or doesn't contain.  

Is there a way, or more advanced options, which can just check something is populated in this field?

Hi @Nick Weaver 

As your screen shot I can tell youre using a Team-Managed project. 

The rules in the workflows in this type of project are limited the way you see in the options. So there is no way to put your scenario in this type of project.

If you were using a Company-managed project type you would have more options in the workflow including conditions that restrict transitions based on field values.
