Is it possible to deploy Jira Data Center on AWS into an existing corporate VPC on AWS?

We have a pre-existing VPC that is an extension of our corporate network. We'd like to deploy Jira in AWS with the redundancy and scalability of the Jira Data Center on AWS design but without creating new VPCs.

The Atlassian Standard Infrastructure Quick Start seems to require the creation of a VPC to isolate the private and public components. What would be the suggested way to deploy Jira into our existing VPC given that it requires ASI? Is it possible to deploy the ASI components into an already existing VPC?

Thanks!

Jon
