Is it possible to customize the Create Issue screen for sub-tasks?

I have customized the Create Issue and Edit/View Issue screens for Tasks in my project - approximately 20 fields are present. I would like the ability to create sub-tasks under each of my Tasks, but with only 2 fields (Summary and Description) on the Create Issue screen. Is this, in fact, possible? If so, then how do I go about accomplishing this?

By the way, I am not trying to do this on my "free" version. I am asking this question as a Jira Administrator for my company.

@Vincent Luke - yep! For classic Jira projects:

• Make a new screen with only the fields you need for Sub-Tasks.
• Modify the issue type screen scheme for your project. Associate the new screen to the Create operation for the Sub-Task issue type.
