Is it possible to create subtask template if you are not an admin?

I was looking around and found you can create subtask templates to create multiple subtasks in JIRA. This will be so helpful. Some answers suggested this plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.hascode.plugin.jira-quick-subtasks/server/overview but it requires admin access. I do not have that. Is there any way to achieve it?

Ask your administrators.

Unless you're on Cloud, in which case, no, it's the wrong type of add-on and won't be installed.

From memory, no, but try the cloud/server drop-down on the marketplace page in case it has changed.
