I have several clients who represent small projects. I would like them all to be under a single Jira file, to be able to carry out common reporting. Is it possible ? If not, is it possible to have one Jira per client/Project but still be able to do joint reporting? I thank you for your help and do not hesitate to tell me if you need more explanations.
Hey @Audray Gosset welcome to the community!
You can definitely create multiple project on a single Jira instance (and provide permissions to specific users for them to work on).
As far as reporting goes it depends what type of reporting you want.
You could invest in something like a Portfolio Management app or an external reporting tool with a connector but even without apps you can always search on issues across all projects (if you have permissions) and export/report on them.
