At the beginning of an increment we have a PI planning where we decide on the scope of the increment. Then we go through 4 sprints plus 1 innovation sprint to work on that scope, and then release at the end of the increment. To track progress (in story points), I have created the attached chart, which I update with weekly downloads. The chart shows:
- changes to total scope
- progress
- completion of total scope
Is there a possibility so create such a chart out of the box in Jira? So far I have only found burnups for one single sprint, or bar charts for multiple sprints. It is OK if it is much simpler, I don't need weekly snapshots, or the differentiation between different workflow statuses, values per sprint, and not completed/completed would be OK.
Hi @Martin Härri ,
please take a look to the following app that could provide you useful reports https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211929/agile-reports-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=server

Hi Fabio
Brilliant, that's exactly what I was looking for. In fact, my company is going to make a different app available this month, which is eazyBI Reports and Charts for Jira | Atlassian Marketplace, but it looks like it has a similar report. Thanks a lot!

Hi Fabio, thank you for the feedback. I have found this report and I actually quite like it, but it is grouped by sprints, and I am looking for something where I can group by increment, i.e. multiple sprints.

Hi @Martin Härri ,
you can try using Velocity Chart that provide you information about sprints scope and team velocity for multiple sprints
https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/velocity-chart-938845700.html
Scrum approach is based on "definition of done" so I don't figure out information about Testing or Development.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
