I would like to see alerts of JIRA items (ISC) assigned to a specific queue come through as an email notification or slack to me if possible based on location by label and whether it's assigned or unassigned.
Any items assigned to Support - Tier 2 - IRESSnet Support (Global) on the IRESSnet UK / SA ISC's dashboard.
If this possible please direct me to the help file / thread.

Thanks
Kasim

Hi Kasim - Welcome to the Community!

You might try creating a subscription based on a filter that shows you that information. And then run the specific subscription every 15 minutes or so.

Hi @Kasim Zahur

This can be done via the Automation for JIRA plugin.

  • You will need to point a trigger. (field value changed)
  • Then set a condition. (if assignee = "Support - Tier 2")
  • Then perform an action. (Send an email containing the relevant information or slack message via webhook)

You should find all the instructions here > https://docs.automationforjira.com/

Cheers,
Jason
