Is it possible to control users in Zephyr scale in Jira cloud?

Hello Atlassian Experts.

In Jira cloud, Is it possible to restrict the users in the Zephyr scale or not .

If the users having jira access, but we can restrict the people to use the zephyr scale, Because of the users can easily create and delete the test cases.

So is it possible or not to restrict the users?

Hi @satya vani and welcome to the Community,

As per the app documentation, you should be able to configure who can create/edit test cases and create/edit/delete test plans. It is possible that permission settings must be enabled for specific projects first. See the same documentation page on how to do that.
