Is it possible to collect emails from JIRA issues and export them to excel?

Hello, I'm trying to find a way to collect email addresses through JIRA and then export them to Excel. Specifically, I want to create a filter that can pull Reporters' emails for all issues that were created for a specific timeframe. Has anyone done this before?

Not through the UI. Maybe someone knows where to find them in the database and you can run a query to get them.
