Is it possible to change the configuration of Jira Burndown Chart/Report?

I'd like to change the status in which the Jira Burndown chart uses to consider a story as resolved.

So, instead of accounting less X points when a story went to Done Status, it would count when it goes into a diffrrent one. Is that possible?

We only do deployments in the end of the sprint over here (for now), so my Burndown chart basically only gets updated at the last day of the sprint, when all the Jira tickets go to Done status.

We use the 'Ready to Deploy' status once a story is done (only missing deployment), however it's a 'blue status', so the Burndown chart doesn't take it into account.

I know I can turn that 'Ready to Deploy' status into a 'green status', however was wondering if I could reconfigure the settings of the Chart to work differently by chance.

Yes, you can.  All you need to do is map the status you want to be seen as "done" into the last column on the board.

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- thanks for your reply!
Well, honestly I didn't want the Story itself to be resolved, but the Burndown chart to account it even if it is in a 'In Progress' status, for example.

Burndown charts are supposed to show you the burn for a team.

The resolution is irrelevant, and the status is mapped.  A "done" story is "done" when it is in the last column on the board.

Hi @Lucas Ferreira,

Changing the configuration of the Jira's burndown chart report is not possible.

A possible solution would be to use the Sprint Burndown Burnup Chart gadget offered by  Great Gadgets - the app that my company develops, which allows you to specify what statuses to be consider as done. This should do the trick for you.
