Is it possible to change message template to send messages with dfferent subjects (in case of you're a reporter or watcher).

Like:

before: [JIRA] (ID-7290) Custom Notifications.

after: [JIRA] (ID-7290) Custom Notifications. You are watching it.

Not without modifying the email templates in the server. Again, what is the user is both a reporter and watcher? What will be the different rules? Those will determine the code.

Yes, i understand i have to modify message template, but the guide is making me frustrating :(. The notification shall say "You are watching it" only if person is a watcher (not assignee, reporter, QA person, etc)

Yes, you have to implement that logic in the templates.
