I have bunch of plugins installed in my instance and I would like them to be automatically updated because when I look at Plugin Manager after few weeks there are allways many updates to do.

It is possible with a bit of scripting, but it is strongly recommended that you don't upgrades without reading the release notes.  You can (and will) find behaviour changes that you weren't expecting and there could even be data loss.

Nic can you provide example of such script? Language or where to place it. Thanks in advance
