Is it possible to automatically extract the text from the Issues description to Confluence?

I would like to write the release notes (on Confluence) automatically starting from the text written inside the Issue description

You can use the {jira} macro to extract the description.

In the display section, select "Table" (even if it is only one issue).

There you can select 'Description'

@Leonard Chew could you explain where the display section is? I am needing to extract descriptions from all jiras in the release. We have overlap and it would be helpful to see a holistic view the descriptions.

1) open the jira macro
2) enter a valid JQL
3) Open the "Display options" at the bottom of the screen as shown here:
