Is it possible to add extra Status for each test execution?

In each test in JIRA, there is a test execution status that will display for each release, version, folder and etc... However, we are testing on two different devices (iPad and iPhone), and very often one test will pass for one device but will fail on another. Or different QAs are working on different devices but the status for each test is the same. Is there a way to have two execution status buttons for the same test, in the same app version, or cycle?

I don't know zephyr, but in XRAY you could execute twice or more times the same test in different test executions that may differ only for device or something similar. Couldn't you do it in zephyr?
