Is it possible to add custom fields on the work log form?

I plan to add 2 custom fields for a certain issue type. Is it possible to add values of these fields on the work log form, with possibility to change their values, so theya are stored separately from the original values and could be included in worklog reports and timesheets?

Not natively, but Apps like Tempo Timesheets can do it.
